Brought to you by VIN+ Group, a pioneer in the city’s wine scene. Originally popular in Japan amongst businessmen looking to relax after work with simple food and drink, izakaya’s are now on the Japanese favourite types of eatery. Before pandemic, this place was one of my favourite dining place given its delicious Japanese food and the prime location for a business meetings. This our order for dinner. Salmon teriyaki grill set. It is a must-keep Teriyaki Salmon recipe with an authentic Japanese homemade teriyaki sauce, specially prepared by Japanese chef. The dish comes with freshly grilled salmon in teriyaki sauce, a bowl of miso soup, pickels, stewed mushroom and chicken meat and Japanese salad for ensuring a healthy dinner. The mayo sauce in the salad was refreshing and light, it goes really well with the vegetables. Will I come back? Of course, I will come back to try more varieties of their food in the menu

Shioyaki is Japanese for “salt grilled.” It’s an ancient method of grilling whole small fish on an open fire. Traditionally, it was done with ayu, a small fish similar to a smelt that’s only found in Japan. But don’t despair if you can’t find any fresh ayu because this technique works wonderfully with just about any species of small fish. Good candidates include mackerel, cunner, scup, snapper blues, yellow perch, bluegills and my favorite, the cod or Gindara! My grill Gindara is just perfect for my dinner, bought it at 196,000 (promotional price ) and I still use my gofood voucher of 30,000 rupiah being the status of anak sultan. In fact they should have upgraded me to sultan status given my huge buying activities . Will you do it ?

Chahan is a Japanese fried rice dish prepared with rice as a primary ingredient and myriad additional ingredients and seasonings. The dish is typically fried, and can be cooked in a wok. Chahan may have originated from Chinese immigrants. Today we try seafood chahan or nasi goreng seafood to accompany our grill salmon set menu. The seafood chahan was perfectly fried by using sliced prawn, cuttlefish and fried garlic …First quality indeed! The price is 83,000k, well I do not say it’s cheap but still acceptable. As for the salmon set, it is good as usual.

Marinated in saikyo miso and baked to perfection, Salmon with Miso is a beautiful seafood dish you can enjoy at home. With its delicate and buttery texture, the salmon simply melts in your mouth. High in omega-3 fats, it is the preferred fish choice since it doesn’t have the strong taste of fatty fish like tuna or mackerel. The creamy reddish flesh pairs extremely well with miso paste that is sweet, savory and salty. Again, I am happy to have Sake + within vicinity ! All best !

Salmon teriyaki is more preferable than salmon shioyaki. Unlike its compatriot Gindara or cod fish, this salmon fish will taste better when you mix it with teriyaki sauce. Sake plus has their own delicious teriyaki sauce . Moreover when they have promotion, idr 87,6 k for salmon teriyaki set is truly reasonable and recommended. If you are lucky to have the 30k voucher being the anak sultan gift away, the price will be extremely cheap ! Good quality with good offer, wow ..good days starts here indeed!

Cod fish or we call it Gindara in Japanese, is a source of rich omega which is healthy for our heart. I like the imported cod fish since the texture is softer and fatty too, unlike the local Gindara . Moreover , cod at Sake is prepared by using the finest ingredients thus making it one of the finest shioyaki Gindara , in addition to OKU at Kempinski . I look forward to eating this dish soon. Fish is always a good choice for dinner since fish is healthy and would not jeopardize your body in general. My cholesterol has to be maintained properly so my decision was correct by ordering cod fish Shioyaki style and grill salmon teriyaki. The cod fish was perfectly grilled with just right amount of salt while the teriyaki sauce is just perfect. Sake plus is always my favorite restaurant within vicinity

3571-3376=195 Sake plus I was wondering what am I going to order for lunch from Sake plus . Finally I took my choice . First was Chicken katsu curry rice. Curry itself was introduced to Japan by the U.K and actually, I found that Japanese curry has some similarities to curries you might find at a good fish and chip shop in England. Japanese curry is relatively sweet and the texture is thick and glossy, like a gravy. It's not as spicy as Indian or Thai curries, I think even people who don't like curry would like Japanese curry! It's probably one of the most popular home cooked dishes in Japan! And so does in Indonesia. The curry from Sake plus is really light and would be highly accepted by those who cannot stand strong curry flavour. My second choice was Salmon teriyaki grill set. A must-keep Teriyaki Salmon recipe with an authentic Japanese homemade teriyaki sauce. Serve the delicious salmon with fluffy rice, miso soup, and a side of Japanese salad with edamame for a healthy lunch! I always love Japanese food !

Gindara shioyaki is a traditional Japanese fish dish. It's made with a combination of black cod (gindara sablefish) and salt. The black cod fillets are prepared using a technique called shioyaki, which means salt-grilled. They are sprinkled all over with sea salt, chilled, then often wrapped in foil and grilled until it develops an umami-rich crust and a crispy skin. This dish is served with steamed white rice on the side and some radish plus salad with Japanese dresssing. When you are in a hurry and do not want to have a heavy dinner, the salmon set is the perfect answer for your stomach. Perfectly grill Salmon with Japanese rice , condiments and miso soup are so tasty and today’s cooking is just on par with my expectations. My rating for today is 8/10. I do hope that ppkm will end soon and I can pay a visit to this restaurant. And talking about pricing, 87 k is simply a good deal !

Gindara Shioyaki is very rare to find in Jakarta, you have to go to expensive restaurant like OKU at grand indonesia Kempinski . But here their pricing is pretty reasonable at 196k . Plus additional voucher of 30k, what a good deal indeed! Here is my review of cod fish shioyaki :, SO GOOD!! Silky smooth fish that will dance in your mouth with its fatty fish texture and crunchy skin. Seasoning was simple with salt only just like usual Japanese ‘Shio’ (salt) seasoning of robatayaki. Salmon teriyaki Very cheap at less than 100k and you still get set menu for that !

Black cod shio is best! Good value for money
