Roma Osteria I think I have discussed about this restaurant too often, especially this particular Pan-seared Sea Bass. This has been our ritual every time we place an order from this top-notch Italian restaurant. Nonetheless, let us explain about the fish used in this dish. Sea bass is a white fish from deep sea that has a mild delicate flavour with a subtle sweetness that is similar to the famous grouper or cod or Gindara in Japanese restaurant. The flesh is full of moist, buttery, and tender, with firm medium-sized flakes like haddock. Sea bass fish is an excellent choice for people with a sensitive palate that don't enjoy “fishy tasting” seafood like me. Let us proceed further with the comment about the dish. As for the grilled fish, we could say that they prepared the fish perfectly and altogether with the olive oil, oregano, puree tomatoes and basil, and surely their fried potato which has been my favourite. I guess I could say that I could eat this on a daily basis without any boring feeling hahahaha…And last but not least the price promotion is really helpful indeed! All you have to do is to spend 200,000 rupiah through gopay as the payment and you will get 70,000 rupiah price reduction. Will I come back for this dish? I bet I will ….See you soon

For 216,000 rupiah if you order through gofood then you will get a handsome discount amount of 70,000 rupiah. The management of the restaurant also never forget to say thank you for your support to their customers through paper tag on the packaging

Authentic Italian Food To Go. The world-famous Neapolitan pizza, baked in a wood-fired oven for that thin & chewy crust. Featuring the classic Margherita & outstanding originals like Tartufo Nero or Amatriciana. Handmade Pizzas. Roman classics. Homemade Italian Food. My best choice is still their pan seared sea bass. Buy 200 k and get a price cut up to 60, it is still a good deal indeed

I just could not recall how many times that I order this menu from Roma Osteria. Under the Union group, this outlet has consistently delivered a superb Italian food so far but my favorite is just their pan seared seabass with generous amount of roast potatoes . Today’s cooking is good with big slice of fish, perfectly grilled and with soft and tender potatoes. As for today my scoring is 8/10. I hope that they will be able to maintain their quality

I am so disappointed with my order today. Never in my time as their loyal customer that I have to experience such a poor food performance. The fish is not too fresh since I could feel it and the garnish is too salty! I repeat too salty ! It is the poorest ever … I do hope that the management could rectify and make all necessary improvement and check their HACCP system operating procedures.

Today’s rating is 8.5/10. Why do I give 8.5? This Pan Fried Sea Bass with Tomato Herb Sauce is a 20 minute, one-pan, budget-friendly Mediterranean recipe that’s perfect on busy weeknights. And they way they prepare it is just in line with my expectation. They cook the fish in a mixture of olive oil and butter. Why both? The butter gives it a rich, golden color, while the olive oil makes it crispy. Mixing the two is my favorite way to pan-fry almost anything. Well done Roma !
